The Talent Acquisition Team requested a new email banner and additional graphics for the launch of their new name and mission “Transforming TA”

Under the guide of the Art Director/ Senior Designer multiple proposals were presented

Fireside chat

The launch of the Designers Fireside Chat was an incredible success generating over 6000 impressions on LinkedIn and attracting over 500 senior Designers.

Rebranding Material according to new Brand Guideline

Collaboration with the Amazon Stores TA Marketing team to update all images for the Design Portal according to the new Company guidelines.

Recruiting process

To help candidates know what to expect during the hiring process I have a created a small graphic to add on our first email communication.

Candid Chat / Affinity Groups Banner

To generate more interest in signing up for a 30 minute Candid Chat during the Final Loop I have created a banner to insert in the approved email communication to candidates.

Animated Banner

Because we have 13 Affinity Groups and the candidate can schedule a 30 minute call to discuss any of them I created an animated banner to show all of them.

E-mail banner for the Org update

My Manager asked me to create a banner to be place at the top of emails regarding the updates in the process for all recruiters in what now is called ASTTA

I also redesigned the structure of the email with updated fonts and colors to make easier to read and process the updates.

Sourcing project for ASTTA Design

I have a created a visual to guide the recruiter during the annual project of sourcing new talent. During the weeks the graphic is updated to reflect the week that we are on and the progress we made.

Graphic requested by the Inclusion Ambassador program for their Wiki page

They needed a simple graphic to show the path that the apprentices will follow to become an Inclusion Ambassador.

I offered some variations and the first one was implemented.
